I brought my son there since he is getting senior pictures soon. My son asked for 1/2 inch off top and sides trimmed in which he stated how long. The person who cut his hair Shawn did not listen nor did it look like he knew anything about cutting hair. He kept cutting the back again and again like he had no clue. He did not cut like anyone I have seen in my life. Angled the cutting on direction and then cut again with another angle direction...over and over. The front was very long and the back very short. The worst haircut he has ever had. HE KEPT USING ONE HAND TO CUT AND HOLDING HIMSELF UP ON CHAIR LIKE HE WAS UNABLE TO STAND WITHOUT SUPPORT...WOW. I asked my son before I paid if that was what he asked for, but he was too polite to say anything until we left. The last couple of haircuts have had some issues with communication, but this is something else. I will never take him there again, and now have to find someone to fix this.

I usually don't write reviews like these but this definitely needs to be brought to the attention of people who own and run this place. I used to go to this location back when it opened up and two years into opening this place the hair stylists that they were hiring to work there was really low class. I stopped going there a few years ago when I saw a hair stylist got into a heated argument with a customer. I always wondered why would someone do that. I went back after years to this place a month ago to get my son's hair cut and the store manager is the one that cut his hair and she was very nice. I even went the same day to get my haircut as well and was pleasantly surprised with the service. I wanted to give this place a shot and go here since their location is very close to where I live. I went back again a couple of weeks later and this time it was exactly the opposite experience. I got a little trim and cleanup and the lady that cut my hair was this African American ( she said she was the assistant manager). She was talking more and focusing on her work less. She messed up my back trim and it was crooked. I tried to explain it to her and she didn't get it. I decided to leave the place and got back another day to get that fixed with the store manager but unfortunately she was not working and the same African American ( Asst Manager) was working. When I said I needed my hair fixed she was really rude but another stylist was kind enough to fix the problem. The African American Asst manager was still bickering about why the other person took care of it and she wanted me to wait an hour before she finished everyone. After this I did call the store to leave a message for the Manager she basically hung up the phone. I did call the Corporate Office of Sports Clip and complain about my experience and it looks the same owner owns both the Sports Clips in Frisco. I am yet to get a phone call from either the Store Owner or the Manager at this location. I am sure mistakes happen but there is a way to resolve it. I will never go to this location. Two Strikes and OUT.

I was told a 15 minute wait tonight at 6?0. Watched 2 employees and a corporate (?) manager tonight talk to each other about negative guest experiences in front of us for 30 minutes while one employee cut one of 3 waiting clients hair. Finally walked out after 30 minutes not wanting to waste my evening. Inexcusable customer service.
